Recipients to be Recognized at 59th Annual Governor’s Conference
NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development today announced that Colonial Diversified Polymer Products, LLC in Dyersburg and Global Industrial Components, Inc. in Woodbury are recipients of the Governor’s Award for Trade Excellence. The GATE Award honors large and small-size companies who have achieved excellence in engaging in global trade. The winners will be presented their award on Friday, Oct. 19, at the 59th Annual Governor’s Conference on Economic and Community Development during the Governor’s Luncheon. Read more here…

Curb Records Founder to Address Commissioner’s Luncheon on Oct. 18, 2012
NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development announced today that Mike Curb, founder and chairman of Curb Records, will keynote the Commissioner’s Luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 at the 59th Annual Governor’s Conference on Economic and Community Development.
